\nLast weeked I was listening to Dario Amodei (CEO of Anthropic) said something on Nikhil Kamath’s podcast that hit hard.
\n“Even if AI does 95% of the task – that remaining 5% you bring gets amplified massively.”
\nAI can write the code.
\nAI can draft the proposal.
\nAI can run the numbers.
\nBut AI cannot:
\nThat’s your 5%. And it’s being amplified.
\nThis is why I strongly believe a 2-person team can build a multimillion dollar business in few months.
\nEmployee count doesn’t matter anymore. Output does.
\nWhen 2 people generate the output of 40 people team ….
\nA million dollar business isn’t a dream……
\nIt’s a strategy.
\nEntrepreneurs who lose won’t be replaced by AI.
\nThey’ll be the ones who refused to accept the change pivot the way they work.
