Someone to catch when it hallucinates.
Someone to own the outcome when it fails.
Someone to decide what it should do next.<\/p>\n
Washington Post tested AI on hundreds of real work assignments this year.<\/p>\n
It failed nearly half of them.<\/p>\n
The bottleneck is not the agent.
The bottleneck is the human who knows how to use it.<\/p>\n
Companies are now hiring roles that did not exist two years ago.<\/p>\n
Agent product managers.
AI output evaluators.
Human-in-the-loop validators.<\/p>\n
The founders I know who are winning right now are not the ones who replaced their teams with AI.<\/p>\n
They are the ones who built small sharp human teams that direct large fleets of agents.<\/p>\n
The fear is wrong.
The real shift is not AI replacing humans.<\/p>\n
It is the ratio of humans to output changing permanently.<\/p>\n
