When I started,
\nthere was no one beside me.<\/p>\n
No one to hand a task to.
\nNo one to catch what I dropped.
\nNo mentor.
\nNo team.<\/p>\n
Just me, and the mistakes I couldn’t see coming.
\nSo I became everything.<\/p>\n
I was the HR.
\nThe accountant.
\nThe plumber.
\nThe coder. All of it, one person.<\/p>\n
The learnings were the best of my life.
\nThe growth was the slowest.<\/p>\n
I paid in months. Sometimes years.
\nThat was the only way to build then…..<\/p>\n
It is not the way to build now.
\nIn a world moving at AI speed, doing it all alone is no longer a badge of honor.
\nIt is a tax.<\/p>\n
The founder with the right people around them moves ahead. The one going solo just moves.<\/p>\n
