I believe we’re witnessing a major shift.

\nNow, software is becoming the building block.<\/p>\n

\nThey’ll be the companies using AI to solve complete problems.<\/p>\n

\n# Don’t build an AI support tool. Resolve customer issues.
\n# Don’t build another CRM. Help companies win more customers.<\/p>\n
# One industry.
\n# One problem.
\n# One complete solution.<\/p>\n
I believe that’s where the next generation of great businesses will be built.<\/p>\n
