Family WhatsApp goes wild.<\/p>\n<p>Another cousin talks to ChatGPT like a sister.<br \/>\nHer day.<br \/>\nHer worries.<br \/>\nWhat the neighbour said.<br \/>\nShe feels heard.<br \/>\nSo she comes back.<\/p>\n<p>Not one of them knows which model runs underneath.<br \/>\nNot one of them cares.<\/p>\n<p>A 2025 survey found 52% of young Indian women share things with AI they would not tell anyone else.<br \/>\nThat is the majority, not the exception.<\/p>\n<p>Inside tech, every release feels like an earthquake.<br \/>\nOutside the bubble, nobody felt the tremor.<br \/>\nMeanwhile founders walk into my office worried they are one model behind.<\/p>\n<p>A turban.<br \/>\nA hero.<br \/>\nA listener.<br \/>\nThat is what AI is to 1.4 billion people.<\/p>\n<p>your startup will not die because you skipped yesterday&#8217;s model.<\/p>\n<p>It dies when you build for the bubble and forget the real customer.<\/p>\n<p>Build for the problem in front of you, not the stack behind you.<\/p>\n<p>Now show me yours. The AI photo your family made of you. The funnier, the better.
