I had tears in my eyes,<\/p>\n
As I was wiping my eyes,My wife walked in to my home office.<\/p>\n
Why What happened?, She asked<\/p>\n
I showed her an email that I just read. After reading she said
\n“You are lucky to have people conveying their gratitude after years”.<\/p>\n
Yes I am lucky and those tears came with joy.<\/p>\n
That email was from one of our ex employee whom we recruited right after his MS degree. A Mechanical Engineer turned DBA.<\/p>\n
I taught him DBA just like I taught few hundred others at Infovision after joining us.<\/p>\n
Email summary is: He became Vice President at a Big Bank,Now he leads a team of DBAs, owns a home , tesla and a thank you note with his family pic.<\/p>\n
“Krishna Sir: Because of you I received green card and became a DBA. Thank you ”<\/p>\n
It is not the wealth I accumulated in business makes me happy rather how I motivate\/Inspire people around me.<\/p>\n
When ever I receive such gratitude notes,My eyes will be filled with tears of joy. Those notes are my real wealth that I am accumulating.<\/p>\n
For a second,close your eyes to remember who ever helped\/Inspired you in the past.<\/p>\n
Write a gratitude note.<\/p>\n
it will make their day as well as yours.<\/p>\n
