As an Entrepreneur paying salaries ontime takes priority than own needs
In 2006,I almost failed to pay salaries on time,I was short of $85,000 for our byweekly payroll
It was Wednesday our payroll was due on Friday.I had sleepless night
Next morning I went to ask my old client from telecom biz.He is almost my father’s age I asked three days hand loan,As l was expecting payment from big client.I am not sure what he saw in me, he said ok and gave me $85,000 as hand loan.I paid back three days later along with my gratitude
Same week my wife leaving to India with our New-born son she asked if I could give some money for expenses in India.I could pay all employees salary on time but could not give her expenses,It was not last time but every time salaries took precedent than personal needs
Proud to say in my 20 years entrepreneurship
I never delayed running payroll
The satisfaction I get after paying salaries every month cannot be expressed in words only entrepreneurs know that feeling
