Last weeked I was listening to Dario Amodei (CEO of Anthropic) said something on Nikhil Kamath’s podcast that hit hard.
“Even if AI does 95% of the task – that remaining 5% you bring gets amplified massively.”
AI can write the code.
AI can draft the proposal.
AI can run the numbers.
But AI cannot:
That’s your 5%. And it’s being amplified.
This is why I strongly believe a 2-person team can build a multimillion dollar business in few months.
Employee count doesn’t matter anymore. Output does.
When 2 people generate the output of 40 people team ….
A million dollar business isn’t a dream……
It’s a strategy.
Entrepreneurs who lose won’t be replaced by AI.
