He made me a maharaja. Two minutes. Zero rupees.

He made me a maharaja. Two minutes. Zero rupees.

Dhanaraj drives me in Hyderabad works for us.

Last November he sent this photo on WhatsApp. No caption. Rajasthani turban, hotel lobby, throne chair.

Made on Google Nano Banana.

He has never heard of Anthropic, Claude, Grok or Cursor.

My cousins use the same tools to stand next to their favourite film heroes. Family WhatsApp goes wild.

Another cousin talks to ChatGPT like a sister.
Her day.
Her worries.
What the neighbour said.
She feels heard.
So she comes back.

Not one of them knows which model runs underneath.
Not one of them cares.

A 2025 survey found 52% of young Indian women share things with AI they would not tell anyone else.
That is the majority, not the exception.

Inside tech, every release feels like an earthquake.
Outside the bubble, nobody felt the tremor.
Meanwhile founders walk into my office worried they are one model behind.

A turban.
A hero.
A listener.
That is what AI is to 1.4 billion people.

your startup will not die because you skipped yesterday's model.

It dies when you build for the bubble and forget the real customer.

Build for the problem in front of you, not the stack behind you.

Now show me yours. The AI photo your family made of you. The funnier, the better. If it came from someone you least expect, your watchman, your driver, your cook or your mother, you win.
