Great leaders don’t copy AI. They challenge it.
Use AI to:
· Stress-test your ideas
· Ask it to find holes: “What could go wrong? What breaks first?”
· Clean up your thinking
· Turn messy notes into 5 bullets, a checklist, or a simple plan.
· Broaden your view
· Ask for analogies, second-order effects, and opposing opinions.
Don’t use AI to:
· Turn your brain off.
· AI can draft, compare, and simulate. You verify, adapt, and decide.
· Never outsource judgment, ethics, or taste.
Bottom line: You make the call—keep what helps, toss what doesn’t.
