We are in News today once again. When we were telling what would be our business model when we started in 2013 . Many people asked me that why customers would come and buy phones,TVs or washing machines at Kirana shops. But our thesis was simple they will buy because they need Trust,Relationship and Assistance. As long as above three are there any commerce can happen at any place was our thesis .To reach billion customers we can not just replicate ecommerce models from west. We need to adopt new ways in ecommerce to reach that billion customers.
