Reading people. Really reading them. I've done hundreds of funding meetings. The best deals came from watching micro-expressions, hearing what wasn't said, feeling the energy when a founder talked about their problem. AI can process data faster than me, but it can't tell when someone's lying about their burn rate or genuinely passionate about solving something real. The human stuff still matters most in business.
