When I started, there was no one beside me.

When I started,
there was no one beside me.

No one to hand a task to.
No one to catch what I dropped.
No mentor.
No team.

Just me, and the mistakes I couldn't see coming.
So I became everything.

I was the HR.
The accountant.
The plumber.
The coder. All of it, one person.

The learnings were the best of my life.
The growth was the slowest.

I paid in months. Sometimes years.
That was the only way to build then.....

It is not the way to build now.
In a world moving at AI speed, doing it all alone is no longer a badge of honor.
It is a tax.

The founder with the right people around them moves ahead. The one going solo just moves.

That is what we are building into the "Founder in Residence" program at @A Foundery,
now with Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs.

The mentors are not consultants who read about startups.
They are builders who learned the hard way, the same way I did.

Now they sit beside you. With the team.
They help you make the right calls.
And skip the mistakes I had to learn alone.

So your energy goes to one thing. Execution.
For every startup that wins, execution is the edge.

Not the idea. Not the deck. The execution.

The grind taught me everything. It also cost me years.
Would you trade those years for the right people beside you?
